The senior IWS personnel have specialist knowledge on African bats, birds and frogs and have performed over 50 wind-energy wildlife pre-and post-construction monitoring and assessment projects throughout most of South Africa, and in Zambia, Mozambique and Namibia. In addition, the team have extensive general biodiversity experience in South Africa, including projects in the DRC and Sierra Leone.
